The Cyber Trackers family of products are targeted at the mainstream computer
user. Our mission is to help these people find a practical, affordable way to
organize all their diverse personal information for which they are responsible.
We designed the software for those with limited computer skills. What this means
is that if you can turn a computer on and learn to copy and paste information
using the Windows clipboard you should be able to comfortably use our products.
We're not saying you won't get scratched next time you give your cat a bath,
just that your life will be much easier when your personal
information is organized.
Many people who make a living in the computer industry are insensitive to those
who have never experienced computers and what they can do. They forget the 'fear
factor' of their first learning experience and somehow forget the fear of 'not
knowing'. We have all been exposed to this arrogant attitude that does much to
erode consumer confidence in the proposition that some computer software really
is easily mastered.
Some people simply don't like to read. Some people are intimidated with trying
to read to understand a concept. For Cyber Trackers to be successful in the long
run we feel we have to address the needs of the entire consumer public, not just
those who purport technology to be "easy". To this end we have created
the Cyber Trackers Certification program. Here we build and cultivate those
'people friendly' types who can offer a warm, safe and friendly environment for
those new to computers.
The Cyber Tracker Certification program is focused on finding and developing
users who enjoy helping others to come along into the cyber revolution. The
ideal candidate for this endeavor DOES remember that it once was hard and
empathizes with the new user.
The certification candidate will be asked to go through an in depth examination to
demonstrate familiarity with our products. If ever the questions are difficult or
explained poorly, he or she can branch off into the online help facilities to
provide background information to answer these questions. One candidate called
this a "take home test". We don't want you to suffer to learn the
material, but simply to be a reliable source for those that call upon you.
Once a candidate has passed their test they are eligible to sell, promote and
train as many users in their immediate circle of friends, business contacts or
family as they choose. We hope this communal approach attracts many new users
who would otherwise stay astray.
